Refund Requests

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or experienced a billing problem, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review your request.

Review Process

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. We may ask for purchase details, subscription timing, and a short explanation of the issue before making a decision.

Platform Billing

If your purchase was made through the App Store or Google Play, refunds may also be subject to that platform's billing and refund policies.
